The FlashboxX ECO is a multi-purpose hardware device specifically designed for flashing ECUs in vehicles. Functions of the FlashboxX ECO:
Dual-channel flashing
The device has two independent channels that can be used to flash two control units simultaneously. This saves a considerable amount of time, especially in production environments.
Support for various bus systems
The FlashboxX ECO supports interfaces such as CAN, CAN-FD, 100BASE-T1 and 1000BASE-TX for flashing. Other bus systems can be integrated via the USB port.
Linux-based software environment
The FlashboxX ECO runs on a Linux-based platform that offers users full control over the configuration and customization of flash processes. Individual adaptations to special requirements are possible and can either be ordered directly or implemented by you.
Connections for visualization and peripherals
The device has an HDMI port for extended visualizations and several USB ports for additional peripheral devices. Thanks to the customizable Linux-based environment, these ports and devices can be flexibly integrated and configured for specific use cases.
Integrated testing and data logging
Once the flash process is complete, the system automatically checks whether the process has been successfully completed. In addition, data can be logged and stored for documentation purposes, facilitating traceability and quality control.
Integrated status LEDs
Clear feedback on the flash process is provided by the status LEDs so that the user can easily recognize the current status.
